AGREEMENT

Alpha-American, Inc. (hereafter sometimes referred to as "us" or "we" or "our") is not a law firm or a substitute for a law firm and does not employ or retain a lawyer(s). We are a third party document preparation and/or processor of information service company and no lawyer-client relationship exists. Any person, agent, third party, group, organization, or entity of any type (collectively hereafter referred to as "you" or "your") shall not rely on any employee or officer of Alpha-American, Inc. for legal sufficiency of the services provided. You must abide to this contract in you dealing with us and the failure to do so terminates all liability and transactions with us.

We will make every effort to protect your information and you shall not hold us liable for factors out of our control which may occur. Read our Privacy Policy for more details and explanations.

Prices for our services, our services, our Privacy Policy, this Alpha-American, Inc. Agreement, payment owed to vendors, and fees and penalties to the government(s) are subject to change without notice. Moneys paid to the government(s) are almost always non-refundable and no attempt will be made by us to recover them for you. Service to be provided shall be paid for in advance. Additional costs for additional services may be required and we will inform you about these before you are billed for them and only with your approval will we attempt payment from you or return any unused portion. You will be refunded on a pro-rated basis or the full amount of that paid, the decision will be made by us and not subject to change and depends mostly on what was the quality of our work. Requests for partial or full refunds of fees charged by us must be made within 10 months of payments. Additional moneys owed to the government(s) above those stated by us may be because of changes in regulations or registrations which we are not aware of for various reasons and may not be current when they arrive at a government office(s). Michigan residents must pay in addition a state sales tax.

You may supply answers that are not correct. If you are not sure of the answers you supply, you should seek the advice of a professional in that field for the proper answer. You agree not to hold liable any employee or officer or the corporation of Alpha-American, Inc. for any errors, omissions, out of date information, lack of information, poor judgment and/or any reason that causes damages or losses to you or your property and that the maximum compensation for such acts shall not exceed the amount paid for our services. We also do not guarantee that our services will not be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of electronic calamity such as virus, poor phone service, and other computer disasters but we will do our reasonable best to prevent such events as these to happen.

You agree to any claim(s) against us are to be settled by the State of Michigan Arbitration Laws and any proceedings are to take place in the region of Southeastern Michigan. You are not to use us to disobey any law and you agree to abide by the laws of the State of Michigan and federal laws in that district. You agree that any court action against you will be in the jurisdiction and venue of the State of Michigan courts or Federal courts in Wayne County, Michigan, USA. If any part of this Alpha-American, Inc. Agreement is in violation of any law that part is to be modified in that region but the rest of the contract shall remain in force and in its present form, and its entire form in other areas where no restrictions apply. Any use of Alpha-American, Inc. intellectual property is for personal use only and only a single copy is to be made by anyone using our information or website, any use other than these are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to discontinue our services to you at any time upon reasonable notice if possible.

You and us are to handle each other's conduct in a manner of mutual respect and co-operation. If you should choose to cancel any service it should be done without delay and your refund will be pro-rated and returned to you within a reasonable length of time. The materials and information that you supply should be up to date, accurate, and supplied in a timely manner. We will not be held liable for our actions on your behalf that occur due to our or your errors of any type, and shall make a reasonable effort to prevent them from happening. You shall not tamper, modify or control our website or services in any way, or use them in a way that would cause harm and/or damages to yourself or others, we will criminally and/or civilly prosecution if such previous stated acts are commited. Any links on our website, recommendations made by us, or any advertising by us or others in connection with us shall be the responsibility of you to investigate for accuracy. You use our services and information at your own risk.

You will respect the rights of other copyright, trademark, patent and/or any other intellectual property owners. We do not provide services that are not expressly stated in writing. If you do not agree completely to all of the terms of this contract you must stop using it immediately.
