We do not give out legal advice and no lawyer-client relationship exists which would not give us confidentiality privileges in court(s) which could affect the outcome if you are wrongly pursuing a claim.

By using and/or purchasing services from us you are bound by this policy. We are not responsible for government use of your information. We are focused on your right to privacy. Under no conditions will we sell, buy, lend, share or receive any pertinent personal or financial information from you except to process the service on your behalf. All information is for internal use only. We will only release your information with a written disclosure authorized by you. All information that is submitted by you depends on the services you request.

All information including payment information is used for the strict purpose of copyright or trademark services you request, and authorize us for billing, processing or handling only. All employees are held to our privacy policies or held responsible by reprimand, termination or prosecution by law. You are also responsible for keeping your information and transaction with us secret.

You shall not invade Alpha-American's employee(s), officer(s), customer(s), vendor(s) or any other person(s) personal life associated with us and we will not invade your own from you unless those involved consent to such an exchange. If you attempt or succeed in getting any personal or informational data that you did not receive consent or authorization for, respectively, you will be criminally and/or civilly prosecuted.

We are not responsible and will not be held liable for the use of your information supplied by you to third parties such as links, advertising or any other claims made through use of our resources, they are just ads and not endorsed by us. We will try to screen them as we go along.

If we are ever required by law enforcement agencies to release certain information on specific clients we must adhere to all federal, state or local regulations, court orders, subpoenas or search warrants.

We will protect your privacy and if a virus or other intruder may try to get your information, we will make every reasonable effort to prevent this from happening and you agree not to hold us liable if such an event should it happen. All of our customer's data is protected by encryption.

If any part of this policy is contrary to any court of competent jurisdiction than that part should be modified and the remainder of this policy shall remain in tack in that region. In using our services you agree to this policy in its entirety or you must stop your business with us.

The only information we collect and keep on file via the website is contact information such as name, address, email address and phone number. We do not keep your financial information, such as credit card numbers, in our database. All online credit card transactions are handled through Google Checkout and their privacy policy can be read here.
