This involves a search of the federal registry to see if there are any matches of your mark of up to three strings each for up to three searches**. This will avoid a match on the registry which could cost you $325.00 for each class of goods and/or services that you apply for as well as any costs incurred If you should try to register a pre- existing mark.

Federal Trademark/Service Mark Logo Design and Text Search $185.00

This involves searching the design logos and text to insure that no similarities or matches exist within these federal registries up to three choices of either who just want to register text.

Federal & State Trademark/Service Mark Text Search $160.00

This involves the search of the federal registry as well as checking common law searches in all 50 states. This search is very through and should be considered by everyone**.

Federal & State Trademark/Service Mark Logo Design and Text Search $259.00

This involves the search of all federal and all 50 state registries for similar or matching words, marks, and design in all areas of search registries that pertain to your mark. This plan should be considered by everyone considering using a logo as well as text**.

Step 2: If Desired, add on Application Services

Federal Trademark/Service Mark Application Preparation & Filing$139.00 (plus $325 Government Registration fee)

This involves assembling all the information for the application, and reviewing for any errors or omissions. We will contact you if there are any further questions that must be clarified. No search included in this package.

Add Additional Class of Goods and/or Services $85.00 each (plus $325 Government Registration fee for each classification in addition to the first)

We will examine additional classes of goods and/or services and make the proper preparation for submitting them to the regsitry to you best advantage.

Federal & State Trademark/Service Mark Application Preparation & Filing $199.00 (plus $325 Government Registration fee for each classification in addition to the first)

We will assemble a package that will have force in any Federal court well as to the rightful owner of the trademark including in a state count.

Add Additional Class of Goods and/or Services $90.00 each (plus $325 Government Registration fee for each additional classification)

We will examine additional classes of goods and/or services and make the proper preparation for submitting them to the regsitry to your best advantage.

This involves a thorough national and international search in all federal registries as well as international preparations for filing your Trademark where you desire to be registered. Payments are required along the course of the applications depending on the fee for the form or forms that are involved in that particular jurisdiction of the world as well as preparation fees. You must have that mark registered in the U.S.A before going ahead.

*Please note; that each class of goods and/or services include a required non-refundable $325.00 registry filing fee, and it is the registry auditor's decision to accept or deny the application.
